You can personalize the wording to reflect your unique details and choose from a curated selection of envelope liners and belly bands to add a personal touch.
How do you design your collections?Seagull was born from a love of paper. We wanted to create an easy way for you to get beautiful wedding invitations. Our designs are simple, with careful attention to color and texture.
What kind of paper do you use?We use 110 lb (300 gsm) stock that has a light texture. Our envelopes are made from 91 lb stock, have a nice weight to them, and are also lined.
Do you offer envelope addressing?
Yes, we love a cohesive moment. We offer addressing on all our envelope products for an additional charge. If you are purchasing our full or small suites, envelope addressing is included!
Can I add a QR code to my RSVPs?
Not a problem! Send us your QR code, and we will add it to your RSVP.
Yes—You will receive a digital proof (PDF) before production, along with one round of edits to ensure everything is perfect.
When will my order get to me?
Each order is unique based on the variables we offer. Typically, it takes 3–4 weeks from purchase to delivery. If you have any questions about timing, please reach out before ordering—we're happy to help!
What are your shipping offerings?
Our shipping is a flat fee. Standard shipping is 3-5 days for $5. We do offer 1-2 rush shipping for $35
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping times vary, so please reach out to us directly for estimated delivery times and costs.
Do you offer rush ordering? We understand that sometimes you may need your stationery sooner. Please reach out to us directly before placing your order to confirm our availability for expedited processing. If we are able to accommodate, there will be a 30% rush fee.
Do you offer custom designs? We specialize in semi-customizable designs. However, if you have something specific in mind, reach out—we'd be happy to chat!
Can I split my payment?
Yes—if you're interested in a payment plan, please reach out to us directly to place your order. We offer a 50/25/25 plan:
- 50% deposit
- 25% payment upon proof approval
- 25% before delivery
How long do I have to complete my questionnaire and provide feedback?
Our 3–4 week timeline is based on receiving your completed questionnaire and feedback within 48 hours. If you need more time, that's no problem! However, please keep in mind that delays in feedback will extend your overall timeline.
As long as your order has not been approved and sent into production, you will have the opportunity to increase your quantity. However, you will not be able to reduce it.
What if I need to cancle my order?
Since all of our invitations are customized, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after your proof is approved.
However, if you need to cancel earlier in the process, please refer to the following:
- If you cancel before submitting your questionnaire, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- If you cancel after receiving your design proofs, you are eligible for a 70% refund.
Yes—we offer a sample suite so you can see our designs and feel the paper quality. If you're looking to match a color, we highly recommend starting with a sample. We also offer a sample pack of place cards!
How can I share my wedding details?
After your purchase, we'll send you a private questionnaire to gather your design details, copy preferences, and guest list. Feel free to contact us for any specific requests—we’re here to assist you!
Will my order come assembled?If you are ordering our full or small suite, we will assemble your invitations, stacking them and securing the belly band. All you need to do is seal and stamp.
If you are buying individual pieces, those will not come assembled and will be packaged individually.
How many invitations should I order?
We recommend having a sense of your guest list before ordering. You should order one invitation per household rather than per person. We also suggest rounding up so that you have extra invitations for any last-minute guests you may need to invite.
Do you offer other coordinating signage, menus, or table numbers?
